This year’s Shrimp Boil raised over $5,000, which will be divided between Helping Neighbors Food Pantry, Church Health Center, and St. Mark’s. Thanks to all of our volunteers to made this year possible!
As we celebrate All Saints and All Souls at St. Mark’s this weekend, it is a fitting time to begin thinking about our final wishes, and planning for our own deaths. Fr. Jesse will be holding an informal gathering after church this Sunday to discuss making plans for your final arrangements and funeral.

This weekend brings a very important of liturgical holidays called Allhallowtide. It is composed of All Hallow’s Eve, All Saints Day, and the Commemoration of all Faithful Departed (also known as All Souls). It is a solemn time in which the church invites us to pause and think deeply about life and death, both our own, and of those whom we have lost.
